The Conference this year has been a huge success! Our focus of ‘Inspiring Customer Excellence’ has provided the framework for a fantastic range of Speakers. Our Speakers talked about how we can achieve Customer Excellence, that we cannot afford to stand still, we must differentiate ourselves and give our Customers the very best value.

As a Group our performance remains strong but we are focused on continuing to improve and grow our Business. We have heard from our Speakers about the importance of picking the right Partner and our Joint Business Plans with our Suppliers remain an ever important part of our Trading activities. New Member recruitment has been a key initiative for us and remains so over the next 12 months as we seek to further strengthen the Group with further additions.

We have an exciting year ahead of us, it’s a year of great activities for the Group!

The variety of Suppliers we were able to meet were hugely beneficial, the seniority of the Supplier Delegates was exceptional and benefitted all of our One-to-One meetings. Every one of our Sessions has allowed us to improve Business relationships and not only strengthen our Business with them for now but also strengthen our longer term relationships.
