The Central Office Team is structured to give professional input in all relevant areas of Members’ Business, including Trading, Marketing and Finance. Their vast experience and knowledge and their skills in working closely with Suppliers, Retailers and Caterers, have helped to establish a central service which brings significant benefits to all of our Members.
We provide a well informed service, delivering our promises on time and on budget. Our philosophy is to innovate and to continually develop our service, so that our Wholesalers remain at the forefront of Industry trends. We recognise that the future of Landmark Wholesale lies within the success of our Members and their Customers.
We have a tightly run team of good people who all work well together at Central Office and with our Members. We have a very low turnover in our management team and this stability supports our long-standing relationships with Members and Suppliers.
John Mills joined Landmark Wholesale as Managing Director in May 2017
John has a wealth of commercial experience in UK food and drinks manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing, including leadership roles at Keith Spicer Ltd, InterContinental Brands, Gaymer Cider Co, Constellation Wines Europe and Strathmore Mineral Water Co.
He was also Chairman of Hyperama, the Midlands-based cash and carry wholesaler, for three years to 2017.
Andrew joined Landmark Wholesale in 1998 from a division of Unipart.
He is responsible for cash management, accounts, insurance, payroll, legal matters, HR, car-fleet, pensions and IT, as well as liaising on other key areas within the Business.
John rejoined Landmark Wholesale in 2002 having previously been Trading Controller between 1990 and 1995. His key responsibilities include delivering the Trading Objectives of the Group through the Trading Team.
John lives with his partner Pat and her daughter Olivia. He enjoys cycling, walking and most things sporting.
