All Lifestyle Express Retailers receive Retailer Matters, an exclusive glossy magazine. Each of the six issue per year, is packed with expert advice on what to stock, how to promote their products, how to provide the best customer service and ultimately, how to make their businesses more profitable.

As communications increasingly go digital, we have launched a website exclusively for our Lifestyle Express Retailers at With just under 2,000 independent stores operating under our fascia, This website allows our 2000 Lifestyle Express stores, exclusive access to crucial business tools, advice and support.

Lifestyle Express Retailers also benefit from promotional material for their stores to encourage customer footfall and compete with the Supermarkets and Discounters.

All Members are kept fully informed of forthcoming activity with clear Member Briefing Packs, and all Group activity is first endorsed by the Members themselves.
